Red Canary Integration Guide

Red Canary’s unique endpoint detection and response solution provides customers with the information they need to understand what is happening across their organization and defend their endpoints from threats.

In Red Canary

1. Click the Administration link at the top, and select Integrations.

2. Click the option Integrate with PagerDuty.

3. From the dropdown, select your detection type and click Alert with PagerDuty.

4. You will then be prompted to log in with your PagerDuty credentials.

5. If you already have an existing Red Canary service, you will have a choice:

   • Use an existing Red Canary service, or

   • Create a new Red Canary service

6. After making your choice, click Finish Integration.

7. You will then be redirected back to the integrations page, and under Active Integrations you should see your new integration. You may now click test to ensure the Red Canary service is integrated properly.
