Start a bridge automatically or at any time during an incident

Connect Zoom to your Jeli account, and start a Zoom bridge automatically when opening an incident using the Jeli Slackbot. Alternatively, you can also start a Zoom at any time during an incident with the click of a button or running the command /jeli zoom.
