In Moxtra
- Click the Integrations menu on the left navigation. Search for PagerDuty and click on the Add button next to it.
- Choose the Moxtra binder you want PagerDuty notifications to be posted in, or create a new one. Choose whether you want the notifications to be posted as a Chat, Page or a Todo. Provide a Description if you want one, and click the Create Integration button when you are done.
- You will be given a Webhook URL to use within PagerDuty. Copy this URL so that you can use it later in this guide.
In PagerDuty
- If you already have an existing service that you want to integrate with Moxtra, navigate to the Services tab and select Service Directory from the dropdown menu. You can also choose to create a new service and then continue with integrating Moxtra.
- On the service’s Integrations tab, click the Add an extension to this service link.
- Choose the Generic Webhook type, enter a name for your extension and paste the URL that you copied in step 3 above into the URL field. Click Save when finished.
- Congratulations! You have now integrated Moxtra with your PagerDuty account. When an incident occurs in PagerDuty, you will be notified in your Moxtra binder.

This is easy to do with the current integration. Simply repeat the steps for the PagerDuty configuration, only select a different PagerDuty service.
How do I setup a single PagerDuty service to post to multiple Moxtra binders?
Repeat all of the steps in this guide. Select the same service within PagerDuty and add multiple webhooks to it.
