You’ll hear about improvements they’ve seen so far replacing human monitoring of media services in AWS with event detection using PagerDuty. Brandon will explain how they improved the speed of employee onboarding to set up monitoring in DataDog with PagerDuty Process Automation. You’ll learn about his team’s plans to further reduce MTTR through automating triage and remediation of incidents by combining PagerDuty and PagerDuty Process Automation.
