PagerDuty Expands Leadership Team with Introduction of Public Sector and Americas Sales Leaders
As a global leader in digital operations management, PagerDuty has steadily grown during the past few years. Today, we count half of the Fortune 500 and nearly 70% of the Fortune 100 as our customers. To support this growing sales demand in the U.S. and globally, I’m thrilled to announce the addition of two dynamic sales leaders, Eric Forseter and Lisa Mudrick to my growing leadership team.
Eric Forseter – Vice President Public Sector
Eric joins PagerDuty to lead our go-to-market strategy for the public sector including our growing federal, state/local government and educational organizations, which builds off of PagerDuty’s recent approval for Veterans Affairs ATO (Authority to Operate) with the company focused on achieving FedRAMP® Authorization. He is an award-winning sales leader with two and a half decades of experience and a proven track record in formulating and executing sales strategies. His passion is to make organizations successful by delivering solutions that help deliver on the customer’s mission. He believes in building talented collaborative teams whose mission is customer obsession and customer success. Eric has successfully led Federal and Commercial sales growth for various technology companies, including start-ups, private, and public companies. Eric joins PagerDuty after leading a team within the Federal Division at AWS and serving as Vice President of the EQ Champions. Prior to that, he served in leadership roles at DataRobot, NETIQ, and Pindrop.
Lisa Mudrick – Vice President, Americas Sales
Lisa brings more than 25 years of proven success in leading enterprise sales organizations to her role leading Americas Sales. In this leadership position, Lisa will manage an organization focused on ensuring the success of PagerDuty’s American accounts, including expanding existing and new business across the U.S. and Canada.The North American team will continue to drive the adoption of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud across a wide range of verticals including technology, financial services, retail, media, telecommunications and beyond. She brings a wealth of experience and an impressive track record in the software industry. Most recently, Lisa held sales leadership roles at Uniphore, Genesys, and xMatters. During her career, Lisa has consistently demonstrated an ability to build high-performing teams, drive substantial revenue growth, and make customers’ technology initiatives successful.
Eric and Lisa’s combined experience, leadership, and vision will strengthen our sales organization and position us for continued growth across the Public Sector and North American sales. These two additions showcase our growing regional sales leadership organization after Eduardo Crespo’s recent addition as vice president of PagerDuty EMEA. We are confident that their contributions will help us achieve our ambitious goals and deliver even greater value to our customers.
