Whether your team is just getting started with on-call or you’re ready to take a more proactive approach to digital operations, PagerDuty has a plan that is right for you. Free Plan
Have a small team of five or fewer? Just need to get onto a simple on-call rotation? Then you may want to get started with our Free Plan, which covers basic on-call and incident response to keep track of who’s responsible when and get them notified when there is an issue. With every business needing to become digital-first, our Free Plan is perfect for onboarding your teams and taking the first step in efficiently scaling your digital acceleration efforts. Helping businesses get to digital quickly has become so important in the past several months, we have decided to make this once-promotional plan a permanent offering.
Professional
Once you get a feel for our best-in-class on-call capabilities, you’ll want to get more people plugged into PagerDuty and integrate it with your critical systems. That’s when it’s a good idea to consider upgrading to Professional. With this plan, your team can reliably engage the right responders in real time and orchestrate a coordinated incident response to mitigate revenue loss from critical outages. It includes unlimited scheduling flexibility and SMS/phone notifications, multiple escalation policies, access to a service directory—which is a searchable, high-level view of all your services and their corresponding owners—and integrations with common ticketing tools like single sign-on (SSO), JIRA or Zendesk, and more.
Business
For larger organizations that are looking to improve operational efficiency, drive real-time collaboration across the enterprise, and mature past a reactive response model, the Business plan is the answer. Using this plan delivers a massively simplified and automated incident response process.
This plan builds upon Professional by adding Modern Incident Response, advanced automation capabilities, and business response solutions that allow you to easily inform stakeholders across the enterprise in real time. It also delivers functionalities like incident analysis dashboards, administrative controls to manage teams and meet audit compliance more effectively, and ITSM integrations with tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Cherwell, to name a few.
Digital Operations
The PagerDuty Digital Operations plan is our end-to-end solution that provides an integrated approach to proactively managing your digital operations. This plan brings together machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics with intuitive dashboards so teams can quickly identify issues, automate responses, and learn from incidents in real time to take preventative actions and avoid future outages.
This plan provides complete PagerDuty platform functionality and includes Event Intelligence, On-Call Management, Business Response, Visibility Console, automated incident response, advanced analytics and insights, full platform extensibility, scalability, security, stakeholder users, and more.
Add-On: Event Intelligence
Organizations that opt for the Professional and Business plans can also add Event Intelligence, which uses machine learning and historical data to merge related incidents and reduce alert noise, surface relevant information, and prevent teams from duplicating work so they can solve issues faster.
