Trial Terms

If a Customer enables a product trial, Customer is subject to the terms and conditions of PagerDuty's Terms of Service, available at https://www.pagerduty.com/terms-of-service/.

Product trials send data to PagerDuty's sales and marketing systems. Data in PagerDuty's sales and marketing systems are processed as described in PagerDuty's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.pagerduty.com/privacy-policy/.

PagerDuty's sales and marketing systems are not in-scope services for purposes of FedRAMP.
