Information Security Practices
As a Customer or potential customer, you may request access to PagerDuty's Information Security Practices (formerly known as "Data Security Policy") by following these instructions:
- Visit PagerDuty's Assurance Profile;
- Click the “Request Access to Private Documents” button or simply scroll down to the Request Information form;
- From the Private Policies and Documents drop down list, select “Information Security Practices”;
- Populate the remainder of the form with your contact information and relationship to PagerDuty;
- Requesters must agree to PagerDuty's Confidentiality Notice, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service using the checkboxes at the bottom of the form;
- If your company already has a non-disclosure agreement in place with PagerDuty, that will take precedence, but you must still accept this confidentiality notice.
- Click “Submit Request”.
- Requesters should receive an email acknowledging the request.
- Once the request is approved by PagerDuty, the requester will then receive another email with a link to the document.
